Taking tea at Alberton

Step back in time to experience a classic morning or afternoon tea offered as part of Auckland's annual Heritage Festival.  Enjoy light English scones with cream and jam, and tea or coffee served from vintage china and antique silverware by Alberton's team of friendly volunteers. Soak up the ambience of the grand ballroom or the beauty of the garden from the verandah.

Bring along the family to explore the house and learn about Auckland's early car owners in an exhibition Here Come the Kerr Taylors. Check out vintage vehicles belonging to members of the Chevrolet Enthusiasts Club and pose for a few photos.
