    Great Dixter was the family home of gardener and gardening writer Christopher Lloyd – it was the focus of his energy and enthusiasm and fueled over 40 years of books and articles.  Visiting it has become a pilgrimage for horticulturists.

    David Robertson fits Helen Clark for footwear

    This exhibition at Highwic gets to the heart and sole of shoes and the shoe business in Newmarket.  It features footwear and memorabilia from Ziera, Anselmi, Scarpa and others.

    The exhibition is part of Auckland Heritage Week.
