If you'd rather not pay online, or you'd like to pay by cheque please contact our Membership Services Advisor to arrange for a form to be emailed or posted to you. You can complete that form by saving it to your computer first and then completing it. Or just print it out and complete it by hand. Please don't email us the pdf form instead - this isn't secure enough for your credit card details.

Resident in New Zealand? Take out a five year membership (or renew for a five year period), we'll give you an additional six months free!
Express delivery: For an additional $20, express delivery guarantees membership card delivery within five working days to a New Zealand address only.
Extra cards: For joint or family memberships, an additional card for a partner or family member may be handy and costs just $5.
Replacement cards: Any worn, lost or stolen card can be replaced for just $5.
Parking: NZHPT and Heritage New Zealand membership cards cannot be used as parking vouchers at any property here, or overseas.
Postal charges: Additional charges apply for international deliveries:
- $30 per annum for four issues of the magazine delivered (via airmail) to an address outside New Zealand.
- $10 to have a membership card posted to an address outside New Zealand. This fee is included within the annual membership fee for those who are normally resident overseas.
Processing time and delivery
While mail delivery dates and schedules are outside our control, we aim to process and post your membership pack including your personalised membership card within five working days. New Zealand Post aims to deliver 95% of standard domestic mail within three working days, but rural or remote area delivery may take longer. An express service is available at an extra charge for delivery to a New Zealand address only.
International mail involves other providers so please allow at least 21 days for most overseas deliveries. If you have not received your membership pack, please contact our Membership Advisor for a replacement membership card.
Accessing membership benefits: your card
The agreements we have with all our partners and providers of membership privileges require presentation of a valid membership card in order to obtain the goods or services. Our suppliers and international partners may ask you for additional identification. We do not provide electronic or other verification of your membership as an alternative to presentation of your membership card so you can visit international properties or otherwise access good and services provided by third parties while you await delivery of your membership card.
Need to change your address or other contact details?
Please contact our Membership Advisor on 0800 802 010 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your membership number if you can, your name, your old address and your new address and any other details that need updating. Let us know when your new address or other changes become effective.
