Filming and photography
Alberton’s exterior and interior locations provide a range of opportunities for film and photo shoots and have been featured in numerous productions for film, television, commercials and fashion shoots.
The front steps, verandah and second floor balcony with balustrades, ornate fretwork and Indian inspired turrets are the house’s most photogenic architectural features. Inside, rooms of interest include the colonial kitchen, Victorian dining, drawing & ballrooms, a gentleman’s study, a library, a sewing room and nursery. The attics and washroom with its stable equipment and original brick well have a rustic vintage charm.
