Lampard Flats

284-286 Cuba Street, WELLINGTON

Private

Historic Place Category 2

List No. 5367

Quick links:
List GalleryLocationDetails
Built 1936.
Simple late Art Deco style. It increases our understanding of the architect W Fielding, who also designed the Evening Post Building (classified 'C'). The merits of this building lie in its tasteful simplicity which reveals a firm control of the design by the architect and an eye for corner detail.
